CustomerTab (“we,” “us”) provides invoicing software for service businesses at customertab.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run CustomerTab: Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery) and Stripe (payments). Each business's data is isolated — one business can never see another's customers or invoices. We may disclose data if required by law.
When you add customers and send them invoices, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to use their contact details. We process that data only on your instructions, to deliver invoices, reminders, and receipts.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can export all of your data at any time from Settings, and you can permanently delete your business account (including all customers, invoices, and history) from Settings → Account. Backups age out automatically.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2. See our Security page for details.
CustomerTab is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 16.
We'll post any material changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
