These terms govern your use of CustomerTab, an invoicing service for businesses, provided at customertab.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite. You must be at least 18 and using CustomerTab for business purposes.
CustomerTab lets you manage customers, send invoices and reminders by email, and optionally accept online payments. We send emails and process payments on your instructions. You are the merchant of record for your invoices — CustomerTab is a tool, not a party to the transaction between you and your customers.
After the free trial, CustomerTab is a paid monthly subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Online invoice payments are processed by Stripe through your own connected Stripe account. Stripe's own terms apply, including their fees and payout schedule. CustomerTab never holds your funds.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or create risk for other users, with notice where practical.
Your business data belongs to you. You can export it anytime and delete your account from Settings. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomerTab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of CustomerTab resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
